Hi, I’m Karen, the owner of Curated Home Staging. ✨

My love for design started young—while most kids were hanging out at the mall, I was sketching floor plans and touring model homes with my mom and sister. That passion never went away, and it eventually led me to a career in home staging.

Back in Toronto, I worked as Managing Director for a busy staging rental house, where I learned the ins and outs of creating beautiful spaces that sell—from working with real estate agents and homeowners to handling furniture selection, styling, and logistics.

Now based in Halifax, I bring that experience and a fresh perspective to the Maritimes. I truly believe staging is more than just decorating—it’s about creating an emotional connection. When buyers walk in and feel at home, it often leads to faster sales and stronger offers.

Today, I’m proud to help homeowners and agents showcase properties at their very best, blending timeless design with current trends and a touch of Maritime charm.
